The Nutrition part is huge, more than the half of the book. Sean Nalewanyj says (and he’s right) that Nutrition is the most important fat loss factor. You get an impressive amount of information on what to eat, how often and why you should eat these types of food. But you also get all the details of what happens inside your body. It may be a little hard to digest all of these informations, and may not look as straightforward as The Truth About Six Pack Abs or Vince Delmonte No Nonsense Six Pack program. But this is still very valuable and knowledge doesn’t hurt.

The weight training part is excellent too, and again Sean explains what happens in your body. For this section you will learn how your muscle grow. Even if this is a guide about fat burning, you certainly don’t want to lose muscle mass. That’s why a weight training plan is included, so you maintain or grow your muscle mass to get a nice, lean and shaped body. The exercises recommended don’t require fancy equipment. You should focus doing high intensity workouts, and compound exercises.

The cardio section talks about… cardio. Again, high intensity is what counts here, and as I appreciated in The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary, The Truth About Burning Fat by Sean Nalewanyj agree on several points : Cardio is not the most effective way to burn fat, but implemented correctly, with high intensity it boosts your metabolism and maximizes fat loss. Again, forget about the long steady pace sessions that don’t burn fat. Go for short duration bur high intensity and your metabolism will spike.

The last part is “How To Track Your Progress”. I guess I don’t really have to tell you what this part is about. Sean tells you how to track your progress so you can learn what works best for you in order to keep your progress constant. The purpose is to let you know that you are losing fat, not muscle.
