I’ve just added a few things here. First you will see on the top of the page the “Recommended Resources” that you may want to check if you need some more knowledge, more workouts or more diet plans. These are other fitness guides. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really happy and The Truth About Six Pack Abs is still my favorite. But there are so much informations you can get elsewhere, and if there are some other resources that can give you results then you may want to know them.
