Again a small meal, maybe just a fruit (I like peaches and apples), or a slice of bread with some cheese.

What I did first : splitting the 3 meals in 2 meals each. Each meal becomes two meals of 2/3 and 1/3 of what it used to be. You are already without much efforts getting your 6 meals, and not even reducing the calorie intake, it’s just that the meals are smaller for now. But you eat more frequently, so your metabolism already speeds up. Now if you can reduce a little your portions for each meal, you will lose fat, guaranteed.

You will naturall end up with eating 6 meals a day, just by adjusting your 3 meals to a smaller size, you will then add 3 other small meals to fill your hunger. Do this for just a week and you will see results. It was natural for me, and easy.

And if you combine your diet with high intensity training, you will lose pounds, not be hungry, burn fat and have a strong and lean body. After about 2 weeks, a friend told me she found I was leaner, even if I didn’t noticed anything myself. But I checked the scale to see I lost about 10 pounds.
